Question 1: What is Coyotemail?
Answer:
Coyotemail is the enewsletter for Crescent Alumni.. This informative email provides you with the latest alumni news and event information, as well as a snapshot of the School's happenings.

Coyotemail is named after the School's mascot - the Crescent Coyote.

Question 2: I've subscribed to Coyotemail, but haven't received anything in awhile. What's happened?
Answer:
If you've not received an edition of Coyotemail this month, please visit the Coyotemail subscription page to confirm your subscription is active. (A confirmation email is sent when you subscribe; you must reply to that email to validate the subscription.)
If you've changed email addresses recently, please use the subscription page to update your contact information. You may also use the address change form on the alumni website to update your contact information.

Answer:
Simple... and better yet, quick. If you've forgotten your password click the 'Email it to me' link in the upper right corner (below 'Help! I've lost my password').

Question 5: What's available in the alumni directory?
Answer:
The Alumni Networking Directory lists approximately 1700 alumni (and growing) by year, city, and name. To help protect the privacy of this information, you must be given authorised access to the directory. (The delay in registering is never more than a day or two.)
The Alumni Netwokring Directory also features a business directory, allowing alumni to search for service providers with a common connection to Crescent School. If you've not listed your business in the Alumni Networking Directory, you may be missing out on some important opportunities.

Question 1: If I make a donation to Crescent will I receive a tax receipt?
Answer:
Yes.
Crescent will provide a tax receipt and you will receive a letter of thanks within a few days after receiving your donation.
We have partnered with organisations in the United States and the UK to provide tax receipts to residents of either of those countries. Please contact Graham Steele llett with questions about making a donation from abroad.

Question 7: Does Crescent set annual goals for alumni giving?
Answer:
The Board of Directors of the Crescent School Old Boys' Association sets annual goals for alumni giving. For the current year (ending in June) the goals for alumni giving are to raise a quantum of $100,000 and involve participation of 15% of the alumni body.

Question 8: How can I make a donation to Crescent?
Answer:
There are a number of vehicles to make your donation:
- Online: via a secure site by credit card enabling you to receive the benefit of the loyalty programme of your VISA or MasterCard
- Telephone: please send Graham Steele an email to have them contact you about your donation

Question 9: How do I send an email to my entire class?
Answer:
Here's how to send an email to your class:
- go to the alumni website: www.crescentschool.org/alumni
- click "Alumni Networking Directory' under 'Connect' in the menu bar (second from left)
- enter your email address and password
(if you've forgotten your password, just click the 'email it to me link' in the top right corner)
- scroll down to item 10 and click 'Compose Broadcast'
- type in the subject and body text
- click 'Broadcast'
Should any email address bounce the broadcast, our office will be notified. We'll then forward those names to you.
